Appointments can be made with us without a referral from another physician, unless required by your insurance company. Although we do our best to accommodate your wishes to see a particular doctor, sometimes a doctor’s availability may be limited due to emergencies, existing appointments, or other scheduling conflicts. In that case, we can make arrangements for you to be seen by another orthopaedist in our department.

For a new appointment with any of our physicians, please use our central appointment number: 910-295-0295

When you come for your appointment, please be sure to bring with you the following items:
  • Medical records from any other physicians who have treated you for this problem
  • Any x-rays, and/or tests and written reports (CT scan, MRI, myelogram, NCV/EMG, etc.) for this problem
  • X-rays performed at another facility if related to current problem
  • A list of current medications
  • Medical insurance cards
  • Referral from your primary care doctor, if required by your insurance company
